Position Overview: The Sanitary and Stormwater Utilities (SSU) team is looking for an Operations Technologist to support SSU operations & maintenance critical service delivery.
The position is an integral part of the team which will be responsible for administering annual contracted works, providing support to all in-house maintenance programs, facilitate review and comment on engineering/legal submissions and assisting in producing information related to insurance claims. This position will also be an important contributor towards the continuous development/improvement of maintenance programs as defined by SSU levels of service, industry best practices, current regulatory requirements, and customer satisfaction.
The SSU Operations Technologist will be an important collaborator with stakeholders throughout the organization and will represent the best interests of the SSU Operations & Maintenance team when providing input and feedback to various stakeholder groups.
